Customers may exercise the right of withdrawal within ten days of receipt of goods, upon notice by fax or e-mail. The right of withdrawal applies only to goods. The product must be returned in original packaging. By law, the shipping costs for the return of goods purchased shall be borne by the customer. The shipment until the certificate of receipt of our Office is under the full responsibility of the customer.
