Almond cake |
Ingredients:
450 gr.
white flour
150 gr. sugar
200 gr. sweet almonds
50 gr.
elixir
of grapes Zibibbo
100 gr. butter, melted
1 glass of milk
1 packet of yeast

Preparation:
Peel the almonds, chop and melt
the baking powder in milk. Put the flour in a bowl, formed the crater
and pour the milk, yeast, sugar, melted butter and the elixir of grapes
Zibibbo. Work the mixture with a wooden spoon and add the ground
almonds. When the mixture is blended, pour it on a floured surface and
continue working for another 10 minutes. Then roll it out with his
hands, to obtain a disk that has the size of the cake. Arrange the
mixture on buttered and passed to the preheated oven for about 40
minutes. If you want, you can decorate the surface of the cake, once
cold or nearly so, with candied fruit. |

Ingredients:
750 gr. flour 00
250 gr. of wheat flour
450 gr. lard
500 gr. sugar
7 eggs
1 glass of milk
3 packets of yeast
Peel of 1 lemon
Peel of 1 orange
2 grape
jam Zibibbo |
Preparation:
Work together and all the
ingredients: combine the sugar with the eggs, add the flour, lard, milk,
and finally the yeast sieved.
Arrange a teaspoon of dough into a mold for candy, standing at the
center of some grape jam Zibibbo cover with another teaspoon of dough.
Prepare the molds and then cook in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
Remove the pasticciotti as soon as they are golden.

Ingredients:

marmalade |
Preparation:
Make the pastry. Roll out the dough with a rolling

of a finger. Spread the jam and decorate the cake with strips of
dough ready to grill. Spennelate with the beaten egg yolk the
