Description:
• Produced
by Zibibbo first fruits of grapes harvested at the end of July on the
land overlooking the sea. Each berry is skill fully edited, depriving it
of pips. When cooked with sugar, according to the typical recipe
pantesca you get a jam of natural sweetness.
