Oregano
Use:
Essential aroma for the preparation of starters
and main dishes. Great in tomato salads.
Description:
The nutrient rich
soil of this volcanic island combined with the warm mediterranean
sun lend to this product essences not found in other oregano.
Harvested from late May to early June, dried in the shade for 10-15
days, the leaves are then separated from the branches and stored to
maintain in an unchanged state the scents and flavors.
