Use:
This sauce is used for seasoning grilled or
baked fish. In addition, it can be spread on the bread and warmed on
a griddle or used as a pasta sauce. We recommended this sauce be use
with delicate fish like sole. For the more curious, as an
accompaniment to boiled meat as an alternative to the green souce.
Description:
Capers, minced
with dried tomatoes, green olives, anchovies, oregano, a pinch of
pepper and blended with extra virgin olive oil. Product simple and
natural. This product contains no additives or preservatives of any
kind.
Ingredients:
Large capers,
sundried tomatoes, extra-virgin olive oil, green olives, anchovies,
oregano, chili. Simply mixed together with wisdom and following the
ancient recipe of the islanders. Light pasteurization.
