Cream of wild fennel
Use:
Excellent  seasoning for all dishes of Sicilian cuisine, especially the first course. Recommented for the preparation of pasta with sardines.

Description:
The fennel grown naturally in the hills of Pantelleria. It is collected, washed thoroughly and then chopped and preserved in olive oil.
