Description:
In
Pantelleria, mandarin oranges are produced in small quantities
within the 'jardinu pantiscu', the typical style structure essential
to every ancient dammuso. Here the mandarin trees are protected from
the wind. Once collected, these mandarin oranges are processed
according to tradition.
