Use:
Excellent as an appetizer, but also as an accompaniment to main courses. 
Description:
Pot of ancient tradition, which derives its name from Capone, a blue fish in the Mediterranean, once enjoyed by this particular highlight based aubergines.
Ingredients:
sauce tomato, eggplant, peppers, celery, onion, green  olives without stones , capers, olive oil, sunflower oil, red wine vinegar, sugar, basil, garlic, pepper, salt.
