Use:
Excellent as an appetizer, but can also be
used as a flavourful addition to sauces and gravies.
Description:
In keeping with tradition
tomatoes are dried in the sun with a touch of salt. Once dried the
tomatos are preserved in olive oil. The addition of garlic enhances
the flavor.
